Our factory (Yaizu City, Shizuoka Prefecture) is currently conducting live machine demonstrations and trial processing with workpieces! The 'VERSEC-neo' is a conventional lathe equipped with an inverter drive for the main spindle and independent servo drives for the lead screw and feed. This allows for independent control of spindle speed and feed rate, enabling various cutting conditions that are not possible with traditional lathes. Additionally, the infinitely variable spindle and feed can significantly reduce machining time. Furthermore, it can minimize chipping and tool breakage, leading to reduced tool costs.
